Owen, with a little prodding from mom and dad, will now touch Dallin. It's been about 2 months, and we are slowly starting to see some sibling progress. A lot of people have asked us how this is going, either because they worry about us or they think we're probably nuts for having two kids so close together. Honestly, it's going okay...better than we expected. Owen has been reluctant to share mommy, but is now understanding that this little guy isn't going back where he came from. He's a fast learner and is very sweet with Dallin. He's only thrown a ball at his head once.

Some days Owen tries to help mom by bringing her pacifeirs and blankets. "By small and simple things, doth great things come to pass!" We always make a big deal out of him being a helper. Sometimes we even clap our hands when he does something nice. We used to clap our hands if his arms were still folded when we finished saying the prayer over dinner, but we have quickly learned that this carries over into church, so we don't do that anymore! (If you can imagine a toddler clapping and saying "Yea!" after the invocation, pretty funny.)
