Our vegetable garden is our first attempt at saving some $$$$ for produce this year. Plus, who doesn't love fresh vegetables from the garden? They always taste so much better! We are growing zuchinni, cherry tomatoes, pumkins, big boy tomatoes, and watermelon. I guess we'll see just how green our thumbs really are.Our next fun backyard project is building a firepit! When it's done, we'll have everyone over for a weenie roast! (Hopefully it will be sometime in August.)

You have to get it done before Russ and Erin leave. We need to have a going away get together for them.
